  Strangest thing in the world, the first time I actually felt true happiness. Then felt guilty for being happy, after I figured out that the name for what I was feeling was happiness.... We DO deserve the best. Never doubt that! You deserve recovery and healing, peace and happiness, joy and love, all good things. I think survivors are just as deserving as any person, and even more so, because we have had so much stolen from us. Gentle hugs to you and I hope you find some peace and a little sunshine in every day.

  Just thought I would drop by with a goodie for you and to tell you that I have been in the down side, the same unhealthy thoughts running through my head, so much so that for awhile, I was afraid I would lose control and walk out in front of a bus. If necessary, make a contract between you and your therapist that you will have to call or connect with someone before ever taking action on those thoughts. It was a near thing for me, and it is my opinion that we are BOTH so very much worth MORE! There is hope as long as there is life. Blessings and many hugs for you today!

  Hope you are feeling better. I'm not comfortable about giving advice, but I don't use medication.I did, but I just didn't like it. I found Yoga classes to be a good place to start. For me, it was the begining of physical and emotional health.
