i hadnt been disagnoed(sp?) for it yet, but i do have it
i am afraird if i tell i be rejected
anixety level 1025, if you are at 200, you need to see someone
i have gone so far to avoid human interaction
my stress level is 1290 if your at 150 you need to see someone
im 14 and i just started
i have panic attacks at night, every night, so yeah
i was bullied for years and now only my closed friends: are allowed to talk to me without me shuting off are allowed to touched me ( on my shoulder and stuff) and are only allowed look at me constatly (Sp?) without me freaking out and breaking eye contact
