Today marks the 11th month without AF. I am on Flecainide/Metoprolol and I have avoided or minimized triggers, such as dark chocolate(none, sadly). Caffeinated drinks are limited to a half a cup a few times a week (Thank God and the people at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters for the new decafs) and alcohol is limited to one or two of beers a week. My diet is pretty low in sat'd fats and carbs. It consists of lots of fruits, veggies, sushi, turkey, chicken, nuts, whole grains ( via Cheerios mainly and a few slices of whole week bread). Very little in the way of red meat, pasta, potatoes and no white bread.
HELLO STEVE
I AM THRILLED FOR YOU.
