I have been on a new diet and it is wonderful!. My BS have dropped from 200 down to 100-120 fasting. I feel great!

diagnosed 4 years ago and have lost control of it. I am determined to get control back and feel better.
Treatments
- Janumet Working / Worked
- I am no longer suffer nausea or loose stools. I even feel as though I am losing weight with it.
- Lantus Working / Worked
- I love it. I take at night before bedtime
- Metformin Somewhat Helpful
- I had nausea constantly; loose stools with in an hour of taking it- awful
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I have increased my walking to lower my blood sugar and it is working.
Close Abstinence & Celibacy
My boyfriend and I have been dating for 9 years and yes we had sex with each other until about 7 years ago when we both started attending church together. We hold hands,hug and kiss but more importantly- we talk to each other! We trust each other with everything.
