hey lady love and hugs
I miss you and love you Lady.
sending you some holiday hugs. Mary
Hello Emmy! I told my Mom just the other day, that I wish she would make some fudge! How much are you making? Lately, there's been a lot going on here at this home! My brother, his wife and three children are here visiting for the Thanksgiving Holidays! My daughter Shawntel has had a ball with her cousins! Shawntel is in school during the day, but when she gets home, " Look Out ! " Emmy, how's your health holding up these days? I'm doing alright considering the loss of my ex, and the holidays upon us! I do get pretty emotional at times, but I keep telling myself that I've got to be strong! It's good hearing from you again! Take Care, Dear! Kim
hello stranger!
I started having grand mals at age of 11. Petty mals at age of 4. After 31 years of these I went to the UVA and had the brain surgery on May 9, 94 and have been seizure free as far as I can tell since then but have some side effects.
I am an epileptic, however, I am a huge supporter of the BP community.
I lost my nephew to Lymphoma on March 11, 2002. He was 24 years old. I live in the great state of the back in woods West Virginia so when Billy first got sick the doctors told him he had mono. He was told that for 6 months until it was finally discovered he was in the final stage of Lymphoma and was sent to the W V U hospital. He did hang on for almost 2 years. I spent the almost the entire summer of 2000 there with him. I just miss him so much. I had custody of him for several years.
I was diagnoised with "steroid induced rosacea" in 06. I was not even aware of the steroids I was using but it turns out the medication I was using for my dermititis was the cause. I have become a total night person. I hardly even go outside because I had lost so much skin in 06 that the least little things flares it up again.
I have had migrain since I was 9. I would always have them after a seizure. Now that I have had the brain surgery they are a side effect. I have then on the average of 10-14 days a month.
I was diagnoised with "aseptic menigitis, probably polio with meningoencephalitis" at the age of 4. I had a fever of 106 and ended up with epilepsy. I will soon be 49 and am wondering if I have the post polis syndrome. My left leg is in so much pain that I can hardly walk. I had brain surgery on May 9. 94 and after 31 years of seizure became seizure free.
