I wish you all a Happy New Year!!! I'm doing pretty good now. My depression is low, I'm not suffering too much with anxiety and I'm not manic. I still have somewhat of a problem with my sleep patterns, but otherwise I'm doing fine. Thanks to you all for helping me out.
I'm trying to structure my life by eating good meals, trying to sleep at night, with little naps during the day.
Payday is this comming friday on the 2nd and I would like some eggnog. I hope they have some left over at the store. I love eggnog!!!
I've increased my food moneys from 200.00 a month to 250.00 a month. This should really help me

Hi Clarence! I think this upcoming year is going to be a good one for you. You have come such a long way, and have such a positive attitude; that's half the battle.
I hope you get that egg nog; I like it too. I'm glad you got the increase in your food money; that is quite a tight budget to follow, and you have to get your little treats in there. :)

I love eggnog too. I can't drink it since my surgery and it one of the things I really missed this holiday. Hope you and Snowball had a great Christmas and are looking forward to the New Year.
