I think I might be in rebound again!!!! 
I admittedly haven't been keeping very good track of how much pain medication I've been taking I've just been taking it when I need it & I know it's been more than twice a week! So now I have so SUFFER & not take anything in order to get out of it! I've had 17 days of headaches out of 18 & 2 or 3 of those have been migraines....
I'm thinking that I know what I need to do I just don't want to, I don't feel like I have the strength & energy....
