My space posting for today's "mood" etc...
"can't sleep..again! woke up..again "vomitting" going to try and calm myself with crazy people "tools that I know"....Trying to go back to "sleep".... so tired all the time...everything is so much work etc. Think I"m going from "manic" episodes to more "depressed" (normal for me) episodes....here's hoping for the sandman to come soon....!!!
