About Me
I am a single 43 y.o. female that was diagnosed with MS May 2007. It has been difficult adjusting with a lot of uncertainty that comes with MS. I work 40+ hours a week as a RN, have three beautiful cats and a few good friends!

Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSThe first symptom with MS was the diplopia when I looked to the right. I went to the ophthalmologist and shortly after went through lots of nerve tests, blood tests, spinal tap, MRI etc. Within 30 days I had a + diagnosis for MS. Since May I have had one big flare with a lot of trouble with balance that seemed to slowly disappear after IV solu-medrol. Today I do not have any symptoms but there is always tomorrow as I say with a smile on my face!
