  Hi Jacqui,thanks for your hug and appologies for me taking a while to get back to you ,ive had a really rough time myself aswell,it must be the time of year for it!,i was shocked to hear that the doctor had mucked up the steroid dosage,they should have more checks to make sure it doesnt happen,as it can cause us so much grief.Im hoping that if you get put on new meds,that they will help you feel better than you are now as i can see how ill you have been.With me having trouble with yobs at work ive been really incredibly anxious and considered booking myself into the hospital,ive never been in the nut house before but was so close honestly!,its all sorted now anyway thats how im feeling better as of tonight.I think it is so very difficult to fully accept our illnesses and regard ourselves as been disabled,i think ive been in denial for years ,but lately have been seeing it as it is ans see why im a 44 year old single man who is so restricted within the illness.I dont like to accept that it has done so much damage to my life.
  Cant beleive its nearly christmas its sooo flew over,think im spending christmas day with my dad and his partner this year (i used to go to my brothers ex wifes and spend it with a house full there inc my nephew and neice but i fell out with her a few months ago so i will miss that as ive went there for over 20 years.

  Hi Jacqueline I should have been on prednisone at least for short periods for years. I found a copy of my blood work from 95 and can't believe I had not been treated even with plaquinal till three years ago. Stupid Drs up here. lol Sorry your liver is acting up. Mine has been bad in past and it is no fun. Sure hope upping your meds gives you some relief.. love and hugs marilyn .

  Hi Jacqueline.. Ah sorry you are still feeling so bad. That was a long trip for you. The prednisone is helping my pain levels a lot. Was on 15 mg for ten days now on 10mg which isn't doing quite as well as the 15 did. But I am grateful for less Pain. I will be on that for three months. The BP beta blocker is working wonders for my hands during the night. No more waking in extreme pain!! This is the first they have put me on anything except plaquinal so about time they tried something with me. I do hope things get better with you. Will keep you in my prayers. love and hugs Marilyn

  I looked through the hus and thought flowers, chicken soup, chololate then I thought no just a HUG, you need a big big HUG. What a shit time and I wish I could do more. I hope things can get better soon. If not you can message me anytime.

  Hi Jacqui,sorry ive not replied in a while ive not been to focused this week and felt quite tired due to work,anxiety and the gym,i will sent you a proper message soon but got assaulted at work tonight by 2 youths and am not feeling too good, i was pleased to see you had a couple of good days and hope you keep it going,hope all goes well on Tuesday, hugs xx

  Hi Jacqui,thanks for the hug,yes my dogs were shaking and panting at the fireworks when i got in from work i felt bad for them but had to go to work to earn pennies!Its great that you can read for along time and enjoy it,reading is very good for my relaxation both body and mind but i rarely do it as its hard to get started.
  My birthday is coming up on Thursday and its a bit frightening to think that ill be 44 i feel like a kid inside often i was singing & dancing with my dogs today whilst listening to cds,next door will be thinking im nuts there probs right! ha ha,i do get hyper sometimes but think its good,better that feeling miserable i think.I had a flood in my kitchen today and my dad came up and helped me get it sorted,dont know what id do without him.
  Not long to go till you go to London,i really hope they can help to releive some of your symptoms,i always feel bad that you suffer so young.Anyways hope your ok take care Hugs Karl xx
