Close Wilson's Disease
My 3 year old son may possible have Wilson'd Disease. He has been tested nine times, seven showing ceruplasmin levels low and two showing normal. I am currently trying to find a doctor that knows about this illness. We have seen several doctors that either give us the brush off or run test after test. I hope to soon find an answer to what is really going on.
Close Sensory Integration Disorder
My sixteen month old has sensory integrational problems. He currently is receiving op and pt therapy. I have learned to work with my son to make our lives easier. It was very tough in the beginning because he would cry for six hours straight and everything I did was the wrong things. It only made it worse. We have finally got to the point where i can hold him, kiss him, and control some of the fits. We are working hard everyday to better improve our quality of life!!
Treatments
- Brushing Therapy Working / Worked
- The brushing therapy has helped desensatize my son on his arms, back, and legs. However, it doesn't seem to be helping with his feet.
