I know what you mean when you say yo-yo, I call it the roller coaster ride from hell. Talking to people in this group, the support I get here and hearing the different ways people deal with infidelity has been helpful. There are still moments when it hits me like a huge wave and it's like I just found out. As time goes by those moments occur less often and when it does, I try to do something to take mind off it, but when I really feel that I need to talk about it with with my wife, I do. And when we talk calmly and honestly, that's helpful also. Thank you for your thoughts. I hope you come through this standing tall.

But I kept my baby and that was the best decission ever! But now I have to cope with this mixed emotions of hate and deppression I figure this is the reason I started to pull again I started again when I was pregnant!!

Open Trying To Conceive
We have 3 going on 4 ! And we have been trying to concive for 2 years now and still no luck! I am extreamly irregular and I was given provera twice and still no luck I have been maitaining a healthy diet and regular excersise I have had blood work and it shows I ovulate healthy . I recently started accupuncture and so far my period has been coming monthly so hopefully soon we will have our 2nd baby!
