i am feeling alot better today. its been awhile since i have been calm not over emotional and somewhat relaxed. which is new to me because i never have really relaxed or even known how. i still have alot of problems that need to be worked out but i am feeling more comfortable asking for help when i need it to resolve them. i am getting better with communicating and that is one of my goals. so all in all i am doing good! :)
