Type: Be the best you can beI'm 21, and I have to lose quite a significant amount of weight. I am currently 185 lbs, and I need to go down to at least 125. That's about 60 lbs. I really want to start getting healthy, becuase I've been struggling with this since I was in middle school. I would like to be healthier and more confident. Thanks :)
Treatments
- Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
- I work out for 1 hour, 6 days a week on the eliptical. I like the fact that it puts little strain on my knees, but I still burn a pretty good amount of calories.
- Dietary Modification Working / Worked
- I eat 5 small meals a day. At first it was hard to fit in my schedule but it works well overall
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I'm 21, and I would like to get from 185 lbs to 125 lbs. I have been struggling with this since middle school, and I would like to be healthier and more confident so I can live life to the fullest :)

- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- I love vegetables and fruits, so eating healthy is not problematic. But eating healthy all the time seems to be kinda hard. But I look forward to making a transition :)
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- Instead of eating one big meal a day, I decided to eat 5 small meals a day. So far, it's been hard to fit in my schedule, but it's better on my body
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I use the elliptical for an hour, 6 days a week.

- I often have too many questions going around in my head. I always have to remind myself to have patience and things will work out. I just have to keep on doing my best :)
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I get stressed out pretty easily, and working out gives me time to think and sort things out in my head. I find it to be a good starting off point to my day :)
Open Healthy Eating
I'm 21, and I want to lose weight. I've been struggling with this issue for a long time. But most of all, I want to commit myself to being a healthy person, and creating a healthy lifestyle :)
