      Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
      deffinitly the rubber band thing has worked. got to see the marks it made, and the satisfaction, but no cutting needed to be done.

      talking about it, and having someone understand, deffinitly helps.

      i suffer from ibs, and this is probabaly the worst thing a 19 year old girl can go through.
