the bulk of my surgery involved using bone grafts from other parts of my skull as well as some titanium, to rebuild the orbit of my left eye. other minor things were done, but all in all the whole thing took about 8 hours. I was allowed to go home the next evening. if it were up to me i would have left after breakfest. they only kept me in the hospital for so long (a long time by my standards) because i was under anesthesia fo so long.
