so now my surgery is only about 5 days away and im really getting nervous about it... kind of makes me wish i could be put on medication for anxiety ... but oh well. the surgery is something i have been thinking about for several years now so i guess its a little exciting too. i just hope i will be happy with the results...

I had reconstructive surgery on my face. I had an optic glioma on my optic nerve and that caused me to lose the vision in my left eye and also caused dammage to the bone structure to the left side of my face when i was younger. in this particular surgery my surgeon rebuilt the bone structure around my left eye socket, and used a skin graft to make me a more normal eyelid. and a few minor things. I could not even begin to tell you how many surgeries i have had throughout my entire life, but there have been many
