Close Dizziness & Vertigo
Hi I'm new to this site and I have suffered wit vertigo for almost 5 years. I have been on meclizine, valium, and phenergan and nothing seems to help it. My attacks last anywhere from 12-24 hours. during that time i am almost always vomitting. Usually I need a trip to the ER to get IV fluids. MRI came back showing slight enhancement of facial nerver and ENT said that its normal. He is starting me on Nasonex today to see if that will help since i seem to be very congested the last few weeks.
Treatments
- Antivert Not Working
- makes the room jumpy when i take it
- Nasonex Too Soon to Tell
- will not be starting until today
- Valium Not Working
- take 2mg when needed but does not seem to have any effect
- Vestibular Exercises Not Working
- tried therapy last year and it made my vertigo so bad, I was in the hospital for about 3 days
