10 lbs down! Mood

I weighed this morning and I have lost 5 more lbs. That's a total of 10. Yay! I am already seeing the results of my workouts too. My tummy is shrinking. I just have to stay focused, the pay off will be well worth it!

5 lbs gone! Mood

Well I have only been at this for about 5 days but have already lost 5 lbs.  It's always inspiring to see results. It makes all that sweat and healthy eating seem worth it. I am so glad I have a supportive husband. He's a marine and is good at pushing me when I don't feel like working out. And he is so great about taking care of the kids so I can work out three times a day. He's a huge help! I am so glad he is back from Iraq. Hopefully this time next week I can report another 5 lbs lost!
