Thank you for your reply to my post about writing. I've started writing a little every day, but, boy is it difficult. Writing is NOT one of my talents. I lean more towards the visual. I hope you are doing well and life is treating you kindly. (((Gentle Hugs)))

Close Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Last year, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD and a Dissociative Disorder from my childhood. I had an older autistic brother who was very violent and experienced severe parental neglect.
Treatments

- help me to understand how I am feeling
- Effexor Not Working
- I took this in the past, and I did not like it. I think it made me drink.
- Guided Imagery Working / Worked
- I am using Herman's PTSD CD, and I think it has helped me connect more to my body.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- I believe that finding a good therapist has helped me a lot. I have stopped dissociating as much in the last year, but it is costly.
