Thanks! I really think this is something i have i have had all the symptoms all my life but didn't realize until i started to research about it because of my boys! Do any of your children have adhd?

Thank you for replying to my post! I get good grades in school but its only because my homework is 100 since its all effort grades which means if i do it (even the least amount possible) i get a 100. I can never focus in class though! i daydream like crazy! But thank you for posting!

My third son, David (16) suffers from Abdominal Migraine Syndrome. We have never found an effective treatment. If he does not get help or "outgrow" the syndrome, he will be disabled by it.

Close ADHD / ADD
I have suffered with ADD my whole life, but it wasn't until I was in my 30's that I was formally diagnosed. I first found out about ADD in college in one of my Child Education courses. When I read the list of symptoms, I broke out sobbing violently. It was such a picture of my childhood and all of the frustrations that I experienced. I did not seek treatment until I was a mom of four kids and trying to keep my head on straight with keeping the home and childrearing chores done.

- Cylert Not Working
- Yuck! Gave me a totally flat affect. It "worked" but at the expense of my personality.
- Dexedrine Not Working
- Research Working / Worked
- Ritalin Not Working
- I was too "jumpy"
- Prozac Working / Worked
- The perfect drug for me. I have absolutely no side effects but can concentrate through a task. 20mg daily
