I was diagnosed with hepatitis C in Jan. 08 and my body had cleared the virus on its own, and then for a re-check, the dragon had resurfaced in my body, so I was put on the treatment. I have 24 weeks of tx. I am genotype 1a.
used heroin for 2-3 years to self medicate. Clean since June 6th, 2007. over a year and a half clean! I also have experienced the other side.. loving someone who is addicted is just as hard.
