hiya, I'm still getting by with statins, and hoping cholesterol still on track, but in uk, if you are not taking statins, can only have one cholesterol check a year - frustrating - as would be good to know if this diet working! as its quite stringent, and expensive - which is fine if it works. How are things with you. I do struggle with high cholesterol, a silent condition with no side effects, not for me anyway. Is your medication a statin, I'm not too sure. I do wonder if my results partly due to taking herbal Policosanol, which doesn't kick in for a few months, but does now seem to be making difference. Take care.
