Haven't made an entry in quite some time. Have had some times of anxiety and stress lately but am doing better. I have been having problems with neck, shoulder, and back pain so started back working out daily and it is helping a great deal. The pain is almost completely gone. Am going to try to start thinking positive and remembering what I have to be greatful (which is actually alot) instead of concentrating on what is wrong or bad.






Very good goals :D Keep me updated on how it goes. Staying positive really does help a lot.

keep working out, its keeps you young and helps the brain..also its good to detox the body from bad toxins that build up.
