Since Friday, I have continued to move backward.  I haven't been listening to my cd.  I did take my son shopping yesterday and went shopping with my mom on Saturday, so i've been trying to get out.  Maybe my Ativan isn't helping anymore and I need to increase my dosage.  I will try to think more positive and listen to my cd.  Work is difficult today.
