Close Thrombocytopenic Purpura
Okay, so i had been feeling drowsy/sick for a while and had reocurring sores in my mouth and always had bad bruising but i never thought anything of it! so i got extended blood work done and on my 15th birthday i was admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks and found that i have itp. however i have another auto immune disease because my white blood cells dropped also! which means i'm neutropenic.
Treatments
- Cellcept Somewhat Helpful
- they worked sort of but once taken off my counts dropped drastically. and if u try to stop them automatically they make you sick.
- Rapamune Working / Worked
- ive been on rapamune since this summer. its working quite well!!! only think it reacts with bactrum...so i had an allergic reaction and have to apply steroid cream.
