I am separated for 6 months now. The best thing that EVER happened to me. My baby boy just graduated high school and is moving into his new apartment. I am a new grandmother. My oldest son had a beautiful baby boy. He has been such a joy. I am a student at ECU seeking a degree in Special Education. I have two years left. I can't wait!!! My love life sucks, but I need to concentrate on my family and myself for now. I have recently been through a separation, rape, and an affair. I can't handle any more drama. I need some peace and tranquility in my life for the first time. I'm 40 so I'm at that great mid life crises stage as well. Geez, ain't life wonderful??????

Interests
I love working with children. I work as a substitute teacher while I'm getting my teaching certification. I love being with my wonderful sons, Aaron 9, Derrick, 23 and Chris 18. I have a new grandson that makes me smile inside and out. I like to spend time with my friends, studying, shopping, etc. I'm really trying to keep life simple for now. I've had enough exitement for awhile♥

Hi there, Where have you been? - I just had a bad shock - all DS pages went totally blank- it turned out to be only temporary, but it was a fright. How are things going. I downloaded photo of Mum & toddler-lovely photo: have v,bad memory (stroke), but think it was you. Terry-next-door got 2 pics. onto my site (after nearly 1 & half hrs!)- one is the Wharves dressed up for the Boat Festival, the other my grandson. Don't have one of me (digital) yet. Take care JaneD.

Hi, well I did it. The one thing I swore I'd never do. I had an affair. My husband of almost 20 years was an ass. He was emotionally and physically absent in our marriage. I found Eric online and he said and did all the right things. He was also married but actively seeking a seperation(as of today, still hasn't and probably never will)He always has an excellent excuse though. He is never really there for me. It's all about him, yet I still love him to obsession.

After I had been separated from my husband about 3 months, I went out to a nearby bar just to have a drink. Before the night was over, I was drugged, raped and don't remember anything!! I woke up in a hotel with blood everywhere, he was still in the room and trying to get me up to get in the shower. That's just about all I remember. I did press charges and he has been arrested. Just waiting on the trial. This is the hardest thing I've ever tried to deal with. It has really set me back.
Treatments
- Rape Counseling Working / Worked
- Counseling is the only thing keeping me sane. It really is the best medicine. However I'm currently on Xanax and Lorazapam.
