I'M BACK WITH THE SAME REQUEST! I HATE TO SAY THIS BUT I THINK STRESS IS FIGHTING ON THE WEIGHT LOSS. I'M HAVING A HARD TIME. I THINK WHAT I NEED TO FOLLOW A PLANNED DIET, WITH BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER ARE MAPPED OUT SO I CAN FOLLOW. PLEASE I'M OPEN FOR ANYTHING YOU CAN THOUGH MY WAY. I HAVE GAINNED 3 POUNDS!!!
THIS IS WHAT I SEE. I GO FOOD SHOPPING FOR MOM, I PICK UP HER MEDS. I HAVE TO KEEP HER YARD UP ITS BIG. I TRY TO KEEP MINE UP AND I HAVE BEEN PLANTING VEGGIES AT BOTH HOUSES. I WORK i TRY TO GET TO CURVES AFTER WORK. I AM SO TIRED BY THE TIME I GET HOME. I'M DONE.
