Ray of Sunshine
A little sun to help start out your day. I hope that you have a wonderful pain free weekend with your family. I hope that we get the chance to chat when you have the time...take care my friend and a big hug goes with the sunshine

There may be artificial preservatives in the hamburger meat - there is not supposed to be, but I've had butchers admit to me that they do use it - esp.over the weekend, before we had Sunday shopping. I buy my meat (what litle I Eat - I have fish twice per week) from a butcher which supplies free-range, grass fed, cattle which is guatanteed chemical free. Oddly it is only 1 dollar per kilo dearer than supermarket meat - which I think shows how the Supermarkets are "cleaning up" on the costs of what they charge!. PS - a kilo is 2.2 lbs. best wishes, JaneD.

Close Migraine Headaches
I just recently started getting migraines. They last 5-9 days, a couple times each month with several short lasting migraines between. Still working on the correct med combo to help. During my episodes I am unfunctionable.
Treatments
- Amerge Not Working
- Fioricet Not Working
- Didn't work at all, anytime
- Imitrex Somewhat Helpful
- I can function for 2-3 hours after taking Imitrex
- Magnesium Too Soon to Tell
- Taking 250mg daily
- Maxalt Somewhat Helpful
- Worked better than Imitrex. Had about 6 hours of relief, then migraine came back.
- Midrin Not Working
- No longer taking, never did work
- Topamax Not Working
- Tried it, WAY to many side effects.
