Close Bipolar Disorder
I suffer from Bipolar I and have been recently diagnosed at the age of 27.
Treatments
- Abilify Somewhat Helpful
- when I was manic it helped quiet my mind and slowed my action-filled lifestyle.
- Lamictal Somewhat Helpful
- in my depressive state it has slightly brightened my mood.
- Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
- prevents me from feeling super-low
