Borderline gestational diabetes 18 years ago. Insulin-dependent gestational diabetes 7 years ago. Official diagnosis, diet-controlled 2 years ago. New spike in blood sugars, soon to be taking metformin.
I'm at risk for hypertension as I have diabetes and now and then my BP pops over the 130/80 mark that doctors like to see.
