    I'm a Mom to an amazing Son, who just returned from serving his country in Iraq. He's my Hero. I'm single, and happily so. At least until Johnny Depp realizes that he can't live life without me. I'm an environmental specialist. I detest injustice and hypocrisy. Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and looking for the answers that my Physician didn't have for me.

      Just diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and looking for the answers that my Physician didn't have for me.

      Treatments

      5-HTP Too Soon to Tell
      I have been taking this at night before bed. Not sure if it's helping yet.
      Acupuncture Working / Worked
      Acupuncture seems to be helping. Only 4 treatments so far but i'm feeling a difference
      Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
      This helps ease the muscle aches and if done at night, helps me sleep. Unfortunately, I don't have a hot tub so I have to go to the therapy pool at the public pool and their hours don't mesh well with my life.
      Cyclobenzaprine Working / Worked
      This helps relax my muscles at night.
      Neurontin Considering
      I have it, but haven't taken it yet. I don't know why...something about it bothers me.
      Ultram Considering
      I tried it for a week. Don't think I gave it a fair shot. I hear that it can take several weeks before relief is felt. Considering trying it again.
