My blood pressure now regularly runs 110/70 all day. At times it goes even lower.
I am still at 158 pounds. I should stop some of the snacking.
I have been swimming 3 times this week and lifted weights once. I have done 1100 crunches too. I plan to do 400 saturday a.m. to make my 1500 per week again.
I can read newspapers, magazines etc without glasses again. I was up to 2.0 reading glasses. My goal is to do away with them before the end of 2009.
