I weighed 158 pounds when I graduated high school in 1973. I weighed in at 157 pounds this morning. I can now do 5 chin-ups. I had not done a chin-up in over a decade. I do 200 crunches almost every morning. I travel over the summer and had not seen my elder son since early June. He was out on the deck when we got home. When I walked in the house, he did not recognize me till I stepped out the back door and he saw my face. My dentist's assistant comented that I look very athletic. Then I reminded her how I looked back in April. My blood pressure is 110/69 every morning now. I checked it tonight and got 103/61. Not bad for 53 years old.
