Okay I have been flaking so much here on the computer and all. I have been in a funky mood and just making it okay everyday. I need to get out and go some where beside here on the ranch. I am 47 yrs of age; have a spinal fusion, foot drop, stenosis, scoliosis, arthritis, sciatica, chronic pain. I try to keep an upbeat attitude cos there's no other way to be!

- dont think I want to try that again!
- Flexeril Working / Worked
- Heat Working / Worked
- sometimes helpful; usually alternate with ice packs
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- Stretching Working / Worked
- TENS Working / Worked
- Walking Somewhat Helpful
Close Chronic Pain
Have had back surgeries that have led to chronic pain and am always looking for new pain mgmt suggestions!

- Flexeril Somewhat Helpful
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- This works well
- Lyrica Not Working
- Tried with no success; not taking now
- Relafen Working / Worked
- Use occasionally sometimes helpful
Open Fibromyalgia
Was recently diagnosed with fibro; a result of spinal problems

- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Have 2 heating pads and use them both sometimes!
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- didn't work very well because of side effects
- Vitamin B12 Too Soon to Tell
- Zanaflex Working / Worked
- just started using this; so far, so good
