  Good Day Sir! a brother of my grand father participated in WW2 as part of the British/Indian Army in Burma, one of my uncles participated in the 1971 Indo/Pak war, and I have seen tracer bullets fired by Indians in an escalation with India in 2002, I am looking forward to joining the US forces if I can get there, and in fact I need some one's help in that, so kind of you to send me a hug!   glug, glug, glug.....yeah, I do know what you mean. and I think it is sometimes, our own brains doing that to us, and not really controllable. Sometimes some meds can help. Have you ever thought about trying something out to see?
