      i am 62 years old and can understand your pain to an extent. your pain is probaby worst than mine. the whole thing has made me very uphappy because i don't know when it is going flare up. i have to take lyrica which makes me "loopy" and forgetful but there does not seem to be another choice for me. my hugs, best wishes and good vibs go out to you and hope your pain will subside

      I had shingles 15 months ago but retained the PHN. I recently had another trauma and and the PHN has now become serious and I am not able to get about like I did. I also have osteo arthritis. Recently been given Anatriptaline which I. understand to be an anti-depressive,Would love the company of others suffering likewise.

      Treatments

      Zostrix Working / Worked
      The pain I am having is much worse than the arthritic pain and is making me miserable and down whichis not like me at all.
