      Okay well I am 24 and been cutting since I was 14 to deal with stresses in my life.

      Treatments

      Group Therapy Not Working
      I am not really comfortable sharing things in room full of faces.
      Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
      I cannot seem to open up like I want too I am feeling really edgy about it.
      Rubber Bands Working / Worked
      I get the same sensation as cutting gives me.
      Squeezing Ice Working / Worked
      Definitely working for the time being.

      I was sexually abused by my mom's boyfriend while my mom watched.
