OK, so I am getting tired of eating like crap! It hasn't been that bad, really, but I just am not monitoring what goes in my mouth. I have candy on my coffee table that I don't even touch. You know why? Because I CAN touch it and have it if I want to...it's when I CAN'T have it that I want it. It's soooo psychological! Anyway, getting to the point where I'm tired of "not doing anything about it". Got the treadmill. My freezer and fridge already have healthy food in them. I'm low on money until Jan 27th. So, you tell me...I think it's time to start!
