So glad youre feelign a bit better, the sleep must have helped, we are getting old luv we need our 10 hours lol. well good luck with it i hope it goes well, yeah James did so good at swimmimg today he swam on his back with no floaties on he was so good, i was proud and little Chloe was looking cute in her pink dress and smiling at me, it was nice cheered me up, its so stinking hot here i cant believe it......... have smoked for 12 years now and have attempted to quit a couple of times.Quit on 16th March and have gone 3 days now cold turkey...Wow it's hard!!!!!!!Really want to do it for my son.
Treatments
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- hard but i know it'll get nicotine out of my system more quickly
- Nicotine Gum Somewhat Helpful
- tried it a while ago but the ciggies kept calling me still
- Nicotrol Inhaler Somewhat Helpful
- actually quit for a year and a half with one of these!Gave a bit of a sore throat but felt kind of like you were having a cigarette
- Willpower Working / Worked
- First few days were a killer but I felt I needed to get nicotine out of my system so i knew that after a few days the cravings were in my head and not a physical nicotine craving
