This helped me, but if I could use an already planned program like nutri-system or jenny craig it would be better. Having to go buy groceries always stumps me & makes my ED worse.

Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful

I did not complete my therapy.

Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked

It helps me to have family syupport, but the worst triggers are my own parents & they continue to love me thin even though I am an adult.

Pamelor Working / Worked

I actually have to do "self therapy". I am terrified of dying form starvation & I worry about my heart stopping from malnutrition.
