My name is Cindy and I am 44yrs. old. I am married and have three sons, 17, 16, and 6yrs. I want to be the best wife and mother that I can be! I am in a christian rehab recovering from a fierce relapse... I am five months into the process and healing spiritually physically and emotionally. I want to be the person God has designed me to be. I am on the comeback trail and am grateful to God for another shot at life!

Glad to finally hear from you. Quit smoking is tough, I won't lie about it, but it is done every day by those that really want to quit. I know you have other issues and it is important for you to really take a look and see if quitting smoking is the right thing to do now. I want you to quit and I'm here for you if you need my support, but You have to really be ready to quit to have a good chance of success. If you are ready and you have a quit date, then I'm here, as well as the whole group, to support you down this road to success. I'm at 124 days now, and life really is better. Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
My name is Cindy Hill and I am struggling like a mad woman to quit smoking! I am in a love/hate relationship with this disgusting sick habit! I am going for it again today with the patch, prayer, possible severe public caning(hee hee),whatever it takes! I have asthma and chronic ear and sinus issues,so its not only crazy but just plain stupid to keep smoking! I am 43 and have three beautiful sons, a new husband, college and everything to live for!
Treatments
- Nicotine Patch Somewhat Helpful
- I am starting again on the 21mg patch. It's great in terms of controlling cravings, it's my psyche that is my biggest challenge!
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
Hi Everyone! I was going through my spring clothes today only to learn that if I cant drop 20 lbs, i wont have any clothes except pjs! I am coming out of a season of deep grief following my Mama's death. The grief melted 30 lbs off in six weeks, but then when i started getting better it all came back and worse!
Treatments
- Atkins Diet Not Working
- HATED IT!
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- I know it will pay off if combined with exercise. I must quit eating late @ night!
- Eat Less Somewhat Helpful
- I get so doggone hungry and have poor impulse control. needs work!
