Hello to everyone-

Yes, I am still among the living- just haven't been on this site for a while.  I've been pretty down lately, and the miserable weather hasn't helped.  I sure am looking forward to some warm weather again.  Sunshine, birds singing, and hopefully a better mood overall.  Anyway, not a lot of news to report on.  I tend to get pretty home-bound when I get down, so I've not been doing much.  I HAVE been playing on the computer (for good or bad), and put together a video of my kids.  Take a peek when you get a chance.  They are what keep me going.

Hi all~

Yes, I'm still alive and kickin'!  Sorry I havent' posted in a while- stuff has been going on, but nothing all that exiciting, and I just haven't gotten around to getting on here and babbling away~ haha.

Been doing some dating- or something like that.  Are all men idiots ?  haha- sorry guys, I just seem to be meeting the wrong ones.  I'm sure there have to be some decent guys out there that want a relationship with ONE woman and want more than just sex..... I just don't seem to be finding them.  I guess it has been fun for the most part.  I'm just getting tired of the jerks. 

Lets see-  other than that, I"m enjoying the weather we have had lately-- both the warm sunshine days and the awesome thunderstorms.  We've had some pretty great storms lately- had hail the other day~ about 1/2" in size or so.  Pretty wild to be sitting inside looking out at a day in the high 80's and the ground covered in white from the hail! 

The kids (meow and woof woof) are all doing good-  Idon't think they have enjoyed the rain- especially when they come in the house looking like drown rats!  Hey, not my fault they don't have sense to get under the porch/ car port/ barn/garage.... geesh!  But I sure do love them all and don't know what I would do without them.

Well, I guess that is my update today.  Not very exciting for sure.  though some times boring is good!

Another great weekend! 

Today was my day of rest- haha.  Did some laundry, sat in the sun.  Should have mowed the grass... but it was more fun just to lay in it catching the rays!

Friday night, I took a very introductory class in Scuba diving.  A friend I work with teaches, and he offered to let me get in the pool, try things on, etc.  I really enjoyed it.  It took a bit to get used to-- and to realize that yes, i could be under water and not drown!  haha.  Anyway, I didn't graduate to the deep end this time, but I think I will take the class next time he offers.

Saturday I went with a friend to lunch then to a place that rents and sells canoes and kayaks.  I've always wanted to try a kayak, and I absolutely loved it!  I tried a couple styles, and think I know what kind I will get.  I had such a good time!  What fun!  It was a first date kind of thing too- but with a guy that I have chatted on and off with for a couple years-- so it was kind of like meeting an old friend.  We had a great time the whole day, and I laughed and laughed.  He's a riot!

I'll probably be sorry I didn't mow when I had the chance... it might rain now!  Oh well.  I had fun, and that is more important, in my book!
