I love to clean, love my 3 grandsons, and another grandchild on the way from my other daughter. Happily married 34 years to a guy that keeps me laughing through it all!

I love buying makeup and the newest anti aging creams! I knew I'd be like this when I got older, cause all my life it was "you look so young!" so I would like to keep it that way for as loooong as I can! LOL!! I'm not too keen about the outdoors, that's my hubby's department. I never planted a flower in my life, but do pretty good with house plants...I guess I'm more of an indoorsy type?

Was diagnosed about 3 years ago with Graves(t-3 toxicosis) have been on meds for a little over 2 years Have been hypo and back to hyper(almost) My doc loves to go mostly by tsh which in Graves is not right... I'm thinking of switching endos, .I did leave my endo and am being seen by my gp for now as I have been stable for a long time. I do have questions about my antibodies though so made an appointment with a lady endo who is supposed to be open minded and compassionate.
Hi! I'm a 54 year old woman with Graves disease. I have been on MMi for about 2 years and my numbers have been pretty stable for quite awhile. I am happily married and have two daughters and 3 grandsons ages 4, 1, and my youngest daughter has a 6 month old. I keep busy with them, my part time job and my house stuff. I feel pretty good and don't really have symptoms of hyper anymore.
I was originally diagnosed with Graves in 06 but also have high antibodies that are seen with Hashi's. I have been put on a lower and lower dose of methimazole, an anti thyroid med as my tsh has shot up to 14 in December of this past year, which is unusual for Graves as we usually have suppressed tsh from the tsi antibodies. I have a new endo appointment in April as my GP doesn't really have answers for me or what to do as far as my meds.
