Thanks so much for the suggestions. I have a neurologist, internist (just went to one), gynecologist, and family doctor. I am not familiar with alternative medicine, but I am open to anything healthy!! I have a great deal of spinal area pain, so it's almost impossible even to walk a half a block. Any info you can give me will be greatly appreciated! Give your sweet dobies a hug from me!
Diagnosed with bipolar 15, and that explained alot about myself,my world,it was some kind of a relief . Of course the relief did not end the struggle for relief. For the past 4 years I have really been struggling with the illness, and stability. I work at being thankful for the little things.
Anxiety is pretty dominant for me right now and I dont know why.
Part of Biipolar is depression. I have many symtoms of depression regularly. Some times are earier to cope with than others. It's difficult for me to wake up so depressed it hurts. I am thankful when I am free of it! if I did'nt have my two dogs I would stay in bed a lot longer. I have learned to push through at some level during most episodes..Sunshine!!! .a walk outside and a list of to do's helps.
