  well, i ended up cutting last night, but it wasn't near as bad as usual..it was mostly just scratching and a couple of normal cuts, but not nearly as bad as it used to be...i was ashamed, but kinda not, ya know? i still feel like i am doing good because i am not doing it every day like i was at one point....

  hi there! could you write to me and tell me about the ECT? was it painful at all? i am getting to the point where that is looking like an option for me. i have been severely depressed for 15 yrs now and am running out of medication options. thanks! i'm glad to know that the ECT helped you!
