Close Back Pain
I have the most severe case of Spina Bifida. I walk independently and have had only two surgeries.The last year has been really hard on me.Things are getting worse and it's scaring me.I'd like to have someone to talk to who also has spina bifida. so glad i found this site!

- Heat Working / Worked
- Ibuprofen Not Working
- Morphine Not Working
- Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Relaxation Somewhat Helpful
- Stretching Not Working
- Worse!!
