  HI! Stopping by to send u a hug. Its been a year on DS for me. I appreciate all ur help so much. I read ur latest red flag repost for review, and to compare my new bf to it. I am doing better and better. Still not totally healed from all thats happened but hopefully soon. I hope you are doing better and better too! HUG!

  :-) you are like my superhero you always comment and encourage me and come with the facts and never do it in a mean judgemental or belittling way seeing that I am still working through my situation. I know I will leave him eventually. I just don't know when or what my last straw will be. BuT I am soooo grateful that I found this website and got on this forum and friended you :-) Sometimes it's hard coming on here so many sad stories and just so many people out here like my bf he just are so almost robot like evil it breaks my heart. But when I look at the discussion board trying to figure out what post I'm going to read and possibly comment on I always look for the ones you put out first because they help me and I feel like I can't really help anyone unless I help myself first. Plus your post are informative and knowledge is power, Vonnie. Thank you!

  Kinda laying low right now...will send you a PM to tell ya why. You're so sweet to write...and love your posts today. They have such an impact on so many, I'm sure you have no idea how many people you touch. I still read those articles and think, God, why could I have not seen this stuff sooner?? Guess because I wasn't looking (aka, denial!)...sigh.

  Oh Vonnie, thanks for your friendship. Truth be told, I was google searching "silent treatment" and stumbled upon a post you made probably back in '08. It is because of that post that I joined DS. You are so smart and knowledgable. I'm glad that we have you here. So far, you and the others have kept me very focused on healing and most importantly...LEAVING.
