I was looking through a chest of my Mothers old letters and came across this little prayer...
Prayer of Trust
Trust him when dark doubts assail thee
Trust him when your strength is small
Trust him when just to trust him
Is the hardest task of all
Trust him in rain and sunshine
All your cares upon him cast
Till the strife of life is over
And your trusting days are past.
and on the back of the card was written in my Mothers hand...
Wherever hands are clasped in prayer
Our loving Lord is always there
And knows our thoughts without a word
In his great love all prayers are heard.
In God I trust.
