Didn't seem to do anything today.
Dribbled around town in the car picking up odds and sods. Did some errands that I have either forgotten or avoided over the last year.
Didn't do anything re trees. Huge relief.
Think my body is just too sore to go near them. My body is screaming sore.
The 'big flashing Warning red light' is screaming SLOWDOWN.
Some how I have to find a way to obey it.
Rivotril and to bed.
The more my body hurts the more cranky I am the moreI yell at the kids. Its not a good scenario.
